Clarity Over Cleverness
Design should make complex systems feel simple and predictable. If a user has to think too hard, the design has failed.
I’m a Product Designer based in New York, currently working at Yext, where I design enterprise products that help businesses manage and strengthen their digital presence. I’ve worked across search, conversational AI, and reputation management, contributing to a core product area that drives roughly 15% of company revenue. As the design landscape evolves, I integrate AI into both the products I design and the way I work, enabling faster exploration and iteration while staying grounded in usability, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
With more than half a decade of experience in the NYC tech ecosystem, I bring a blend of product, business, and technical thinking to my work. My background in business and early experience as a hybrid designer and front-end engineer shaped me into a π-shaped designer — with depth in product design and strategy, supported by a strong technical foundation. I focus on building solutions that are not only thoughtful and scalable, but also practical and buildable.
I focus on solving complex problems by balancing human-centered design with meaningful business impact, grounded in empathy, clarity, and practicality.
The following principles guide my approach to design and shape how I solve problems day to day.
Design should make complex systems feel simple and predictable. If a user has to think too hard, the design has failed.
Every design decision should serve a clear user need and support a meaningful business outcome. Good design isn’t just usable—it’s purposeful.
Design for real constraints, edge cases, and scale. The best solutions balance ideal experiences with what can actually be built and maintained.

I love spending time in the kitchen cooking Indian food, especially Indian street food - it's one of my favorite ways to unwind. I'm a big cricket fan 🏏 and proudly support Team India 🇮🇳. I stay active as an F45 regular 💪, and recently I've started getting into hiking as a way to slow down and recharge.
I'm always curious about new AI tools and emerging technologies and enjoy experimenting with how they're shaping the future of design and digital products. My wife is also a product designer, though we make it a rule not to talk about work - something that helps keep life balanced ❤️.
I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and supporting others through interview preparation and portfolio reviews. I’m equally open to learning from others and being mentored as well.
